WhatsApp research using QR Code

We’ve recently launched a new feature that enables us to recruit participants for WhatsApp research via QR code. This means that, instead of sending tasks to a pre-recruited sample of consumers, anyone who scans the code can instantly take part.

QR codes can be added to printed materials, social media posts, company websites, and even product packaging – making this feature particularly well suited to capturing in-the-moment consumer experiences and opinions, testing new concepts, and tracking buyer journeys.
