Last week, Whycatcher’s WhatsApp approach won the ‘Research Live Award for Innovation of the Year’.
This award win rounds off an incredible 12 months since we integrated WhatsApp with our platform. From Gen Z to Baby Boomers, WhatsApp has been ideal for researching all generations. Our solution has been used alongside Whycatcher’s online community tools and as a standalone approach, working extremely well for researching different audience types across continents, including consumers and B2B. We’ve also conducted WhatsApp research for clients in a several industries, including technology, media, finance, sport and the public sector.
