Whycatcher Wins Innovation of the Year Award

16 December 2020 by Sue Van Meeteren

Last week, Whycatcher’s WhatsApp approach won the ‘Research Live Award for Innovation of the Year’.

This award win rounds off an incredible 12 months since we integrated WhatsApp with our platform. From Gen Z to Baby Boomers, WhatsApp has been ideal for researching all generations. Our solution has been used alongside Whycatcher’s online community tools and as a standalone approach, working extremely well for researching different audience types across continents, including consumers and B2B. We’ve also conducted WhatsApp research for clients in a several industries, including technology, media, finance, sport and the public sector.

Here’s what the judges had to say about our WhatsApp approach:

“It’s clear that participant experience has been put at the heart of (Whycatcher’s) WhatsApp research project. It’s scalability and accreditation, combined with its potential to make a meaningful impact by opening up conversations with introverts and hard-to-reach groups, secured the award this year.”

We’d like to say thank you to all our wonderful clients who have championed our WhatsApp approach – the Whycatcher team are so proud to win this award!
